갈등모형에 입각한 지적갈등의 유형분류 및 해소방향

지적 분야 갈등의 유형과 원인을 분류하고 해소·관리 방향을 제시했다.

지적 분야에 나타나는 갈등은 공적 부문 및 사적 부문에 동시다발적으로 다양하게 발생하며, 지적정책의 효율적 추진에 장애요소로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 갈등모형에 입각하여 지적갈등의 원인 및 유형을 체계적으로 분류하고 이를 토대로 지적갈등해소 방향 및 바람직한 지적갈등관리의 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 지적 분야에 발생하고 있는 지적갈등으로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통하여 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점에서 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 지적갈등의 개념 및 접근 틀은 지적갈등의 정의, 갈등모형, 선행연구 및 접근 틀의 차원, 둘째, 지적갈등의 발생원인 및 유형의 분류는 접근 틀에 입각한 지적갈등의 원인, 지적갈등의 유형 차원, 셋째, 지적갈등의 유형별 관리는 갈등해결의 원칙, 지적갈등의 각 유형별 관리 방향 차원에서 검토하고자 하였다. Cadastral conflicts occur simultaneously in public and private sector, acting as obstructive factors for implementation of the efficient cadastral policy.

Hence, this study is not only to classify cadastral conflict types and their reasons systematically according to the conflict model, but also to suggest the desirable directions for cadastral conflict resolutions and managements based on the results. To achieve the objective of this research, the scope of analysis is limited into cadastral conflicts that occur in the cadastral areas. The research is carried out through collecting the secondary data by literature review and a descriptive and systematic approach are concurrently applied as methodology. The results of this research were reviewed in terms of following perspectives.

First of all, the concepts of cadastral conflicts and the framework were reviewed in terms of definitions of cadastral conflicts, conflict model, literature review and framework. Secondly, as for the reasons of cadastral conflicts and the classifications of types, they were taken into account according to the framework, focusing on the reasons and types of the cadastral conflicts. Thirdly, management of cadastral conflict types were reviewed in terms of principles of conflict resolutions and directions of management of cadastral conflict types.
