토지개발 컨설팅의 유형과 관련 문제를 살펴봤다.

As the society is getting specialized and segmented, human beings' social activities become various. One of the human beings' social activities is the consulting course to develope the land. But we have many problems that are caused by the fact that we follow the development cases of foreign countries recklessly. The problems in the consulting courses are as following; 1. The consulting business has not been classified. 2. The competetion to take orders is getting excessive. 3. The consulting business is uniformed because of disregarding the individuality. 4. The active publicity is insufficient. We should solve these problems to execute the development researching course effectively.

And the solutions to these problems are as following; 1. Legally, (1) the legal basis to execute the consulting course is required. And, (2) the concept of consulting course should be defferentiated from the real estate agency, and the clear concept of the consulting should be give. 2. Technologically, the research system should be developed. And we should consider the domestic conditions. 3. Practically, the concepts of consulting according to the type of the development, and the ethical and practical professionalism are required. As a conclusion, we can accompanish the most effective utilization when the real estate is developed on the basis of its natural and humanistic attributes.
