RTK-GPS와 전자평판을 이용한 지적측량 방법

RTK-GPS와 전자평판을 활용한 지적측량 방법을 연구했다.

In the field of cadastral surveying, the study concerning measurement of the parcel boundary coordinates with the RTK-GPS(Real Time Kinematic GPS) has been pursued. And also it is under investigation whether an EPTS(electronic plan table surveying) which be able to measure with digital map file can be introduced or not. This study intend to propose the efficient plan of a cadastral surveying using RTK-GPS and electronic plan table. In view of the results so far achieved, the product exceeded expectation. Namely, we can obtain the acceptable results as follow : The RMSE of the positional accuracy are 0.03m(X) and 0.04(Y).

The RMSE of the compensating error is 0.04m The RMSE of the distance error is 0.03m. The area error also is within the margin of error provided in a cadastral law. Those show high accuracy of the RTK-GPS. After the analysis of effectiveness, we make sure that measurement by the RTK-GPS can reduce over half of the surveying time than measurement of TS(Total Station). And also costs and human efforts are reduced over half in comparison with the present method.

On condition that the wireless internet technology is substantiated, the method presented in this study will be useful in the surveying field because we can directly transmit the working result to our office or a KLIS(Korea Land Information System) server through the mobile system.
