다목적지적 서비스 플랫폼 프로토타입 개발

공간정보와 지적정보를 융합한 다목적 지적 서비스 플랫폼을 개발했다.

국내에서 측량·지적의 융복합을 통한 공간정보산업 활성화 방안이 적극적으로 논의되고 있다. 이미 국외에서 토지정보 활용에 공간정보와 지적정보의 융복합 사례가 많이 있지만 국내의 경우는 드문 실정이다. 그래서 본 연구에서 공간정보와 지적정보의 융복합의 가치를 표출하기 위해 다목적지적 서비스 플랫폼 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 이 프로토타입은 오픈소스GIS 솔루션 기반으로 연속수치지도, 지하시설물, 침수흔적도, 지적재조사사업 성과물, 초분광영상 주제도 등의 공간데이터를 중첩한 지적중첩도를 제공해준다. 이 프로토타입은 공간정보와 지적정보의 융복합의 가치 인식 제고로 공간정보산업발전에 기여할 것이다. The ways to vitalize the Geospatial information industry is discussing through the fusion of surveying with cadastre in domestic. Land administration cases through the fusion of surveying with cadastre has been widely used in a foreign country, but very few in the country.

Above all, the development of new cadastral contents and the fusion with other contents to vitalize the Geospatial information industry must be outlined in terms of concepts. Therefore, this study deals with the design and the construction of Multipurpose-Cadastre service platform prototype based on open source GIS solution, using the spatial data such as seamless digital map, utilities map, flood map with Hyperspectral imaging, and cadastral resurvey project’s results. It is expected that it plays a bridgehead for vitalizing the Geospatial information industry through raising the value of the fusion of surveying with cadastre.
