지적재조사측량을 통한 건축물정보 구축과 활용 방안을 검토했다.

Diversified building information being acquired through cadastral re-survey is very important information for safety management of urban area such as disaster management in addition to registration, management of building, construct of road name address information. However, as building information is irregular and changed rapidly, there is considerable limitation in constructing accurate information promptly.

In order to solve this problem, utilization of building information being acquired through cadastral re-survey would be a good alternative but actually, a method of building information construct, registration and utilization at the time of cadastral re-survey is not sufficiently specified in relevant law like special law of cadastral re-survey.Under this background, in this study, building target to be surveyed in cadastral re-survey through legal system relevant to domestic building and cadastral re-survey, business analysis was defined and relevant legal system improvement, consistent survey criteria for the buildings being applied by each business was suggested and its registration method was developed.

In addition, building related terms being used in special law of current cadastral re-survey in a mixed form was readjusted and legal system improvement for legal application range and newly established plan were suggested. Finally, in order to ensure linkage and utilization of constructed information, a promotion method for information, business linkage of two fields through data standardization and system linkage on medium/long-term basis was suggested.
