지적정책의 결정요인 및 분석모형설계

지적정책의 유형과 결정요인을 검토하고 분석모형을 제시했다.

지적정책은 사회적·경제적·기술적 환경변화에 부합하여 그 어느 때보다도 관심도가 급상승하고 지적정책의 성립이나 결정에 필요한 주요한 원인에 관심도가 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지적정책의 유형 및 결정요인을 조사·검토하고 그 결과를 토대로 바람직한 지적정책의 결정요인 분석모형을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 지적정책의 유형과 결정요인으로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통하여 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점에서 도출하고 자 하였다. 첫째, 지적정책과 결정요인의 관계는 정의, 결정요인, 표현형태, 선행연구 및 접근방향 차원, 둘째, 지적정책의 결정요인 분석모형의 실제는 표현 형태에 입각한 법률형태, 프로젝트 그리고 프로그램 분석모형 차원, 셋째, 바람직한 결정요인의 분석모형 설계는 분석모형의 조건, 모형정립, 실제 적용방향 차원에서 검토하고자 하였다. Recently, an interest in cadastral policies is skyrocketing in accordance with social, economical, and technical environmental changes.

In addition, an attention regarding main reasons which are necessary to establish and decide cadastral policies is growing significantly. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to not only review types and determinants of cadastral policies but also suggest a desirable analysis model of determinants regarding cadastral policies based on the result. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to types and determinants of cadastral policies. Survey was carried on through collecting the secondary research data by literature review and both descriptive and systematic approaches were applied concurrently.

Conclusion of the study is as follow: First, relationships between cadastral policies and determinants were reviewed in terms of definition, determinants, express mode, and advanced research and framework. Second, actual conditions of a analysis model of determinants regarding cadastral policies were conducted as legal form, project and program analysis model based on the express mode. Third, the establishment of a desirable analysis model of determinants was referred to condition of analysis model, establishment of model, and real application direction.
