토지적성평가(평가체계Ⅱ)의 검수방안에 대한 연구

토지적성평가 체계Ⅱ의 검수 방안을 통해 토지이용 규제를 다뤘다.

Land Suitability Assessment System(LSAS) that was introduced to prevent unplanned development of the nation is divided by Assessment System I and II. Assessment SystemⅡ can regulate the land use on the development that was defined in the “National Land Planning and Use Act”. With it, Property right can be limited in the development of private sector and this lure the investor to fabricate the result of land suitability assessment. Because of it, if we can't prepare the overview standard, we couldn't accomplish our purpose that unplanned development prevention and efficient land use.

With the suggestion of overview standard for the each factor used in LSAS and the analysis result of it, we presented ways to efficient support and the fixations of LSAS.
