In consideration of the relative importance of the real estate brokerage in the stabilization of life and promotion of welfare of the nation and the real estate industry, it is said to be very important for protection of property rights of the people to settle the fair transaction and eliminate the distrust of the society and prevent damage in dealings of various real estate, and the broking business is being performed in order to systemize the real estate business of brokerage. In this thesis, the theoretical establishment of the real es@@ate brokerage in the standpoint of the system of the Real Estate brokerage Law is sought and, on the other hand.

the real aspects of the current and problem areas were analyzed, and the solution of systemization for improvement, its promotion derives, andespecially the possibility to enterprenuer was considered. Notwithstanding the importance of the real estate economy in our country is very great either in the scale or the nature, it was true that it has been left alone due to insuffient system itself and negligence in the management operation however, by the Law of real Estate brokerage is put into force, the deficiencis under the previsous brokerage Business Law may be deemed to have almost been corrected.

The new law, the Real Estate brokerage Act provides an epochmaking opportunity for the real property transactions, especially for modernization of the broking practices, but such law and regulation and systematic institution itself only is less significant, and deemed that the proper application and operation of the system could only dominate the success or the failure.

In order to settle down the real estate brokerage system, it is required that to make the business an enterprise, imprvement of quality of those realtors and their professionalization together with such diversified advancing derives, the efforts by realtors themselves and the political considertion by the Government are also to be necessary.

Today, the matter of real estate is a part of the economic issue of our country and is not an issue merely generated by the system of the broking business only and therefore, it can be evalued that it is not only contribute to the stabilization in real estate transactions but also the stabilized economic growth in great deal by doing improvement of system of the real estate brokerage the reporting and permitting system of land transactions, the return of deveioping profits to the society and effective administering taxation policies in respect to the dealing and possession of the real property as well.
