In this study, to cope with the information real estate market by using of internet system and the new paradigm of real estate market, I try to analyze the realities of real estate web-site in Korea, referring to examples in foreign countries, so that I aim to abstract the most suitable real estate web-site model for the most effective real estate transactions and providing with real estate information. The result of analyzing the real estate web-site in Korea and in foreign countries are as follows. In Korea, to fix the information system of real estate transaction by using internet web-site, the problems in real estate dealing system must be solved at first.

First, the escrow system have to be practiced widely. Because relying on this system , real estate agents are ensured to open their dealing list on the internet system. Second, the check-list system have to be fixed. This system would indicate the listing which is investigated and explained about articles on sale so that buyers and borrowers could obtain the accurate information and make decisions about contract without on the spot inspection. Because this internet system provide the detailed information about real estate.

Third, to ensure the security of real estate dealing system the supplementary information about the analysis of rights , the analysis of region, the analysis of profits should be provided adding to detailed information. Forth, to confirm the clearness of real estate dealing system, the obligation of agency contract, the authorization of financial institution, and the induction of escrow program are needed. Finally, the rationalization of and increasing of agent-fee should proceed. In the existing agent-fee system, all articles on sale which are uncertain of dealing cannot be advertised at legal agent-fee.

When they can ensure of expecting gains from agenting would make the effective advertisement strategy in quality by bearing, on the spot inspection cost and cost of taking pictures, which would be a high grade multi media information when registrated on a internet system. The other analysis result of web-site in both Korea and foreign countries is that dealing information provided can solve problems investigated in web-site in Korea.

First, to solve the problems in both checking method and the illustrating method about an articles on sale, for illustrative effectiveness and convenience of researchers they have top provide various checking methods and communications net provided all over the country, the explanation in a textbook way by the condition of clicking speed is no more effective. They have to provide various multi-media information in mediating inspection way so that they should operate effective marketing for real estate. Second, the problems of securities of articles on sale have to be solved.

Third, various articles and various supplementary information services have to be provided.

From all kinds of statistical data, the numbers of real estate excepting from apartment count much. So excepting from apartment, the guarantee of various articles on sale existed in the country wide which need marketing strategy practically has to be preceded. All kinds of supplementary information services which are helpful to explanation of articles on sale have to be developed and provided. Forth, like MLS in USA and REINS in Japan, it is time to need immediately real estate portal site system in Korea which can provide national articles on sale by the cooperation of brokers and dealing information net providers.

This problem is expected to be solved by developing of the effective real estate web-site. Finally, to activate the real estate transaction information net business on internet system and provide information of good quality continuously, the profit model of web-site have to be designed. For this, by providing more differential toll information of good quality rather than the existing real estate web-site, by cooperating with the existing off-line business, and by designing a new business concerned and operating profitable one in a collaborating way, the real estate portal site which is representative of Korea is expected to developed.
