부동산개발의 기초 정보 축적을 위한 부동산종합공부 콘텐츠 확대 개편

부동산 개발에 필요한 정보를 확충하기 위한 부동산종합공부 개편방안을 제안했다.

토지는 움직일 수 없으며 어떻게 개발하느냐에 따라 그 가치를 극대화 시킬 수도 있고 그 과정에서 토지 상에 존재하는 여러 가지 건축물의 효율적인 사용을 가능케 한다. 그러나, 현재 대다수의 부동산에 관한 정보들의 공공의 행정정보 위주로 구축되어 있어 개발을 위한 합리적인 판단에 필요한 의사결정 자료가 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전국적인 토지 조사를 수행하는 지적재조사사업 초기에 부동산종합공부의 개편을 통해 부동산 개발에 필요한 공공정보 구축의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 구축된 부동산 개발 관련 정보 DB는 향후 민간 데이터와의 융복합을 통해 국가의 부동산 관련 정책 수립에 필수적인 데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. However, currently most real estate information is composed of public administrative information that there are not enough data for making rational decisions for real estate development. For this, this study proposed a method for improving the development of public information required in real estate development by reorganizing the comprehensive public real estate register in the beginning of the cadastral resurvey which surveys the land nationwide. The real estate development related information DB developed in this study can be used as the essential data for establishing real estate related policies through the convergence and integration with private sector data in the future.
