This study identified the factors influencing the revitalization of the maintenance project with time series data from housing market status variables and real estate policy variables and provided basic policy data by analyzing the time required for each stage of the redevelopment maintenance project. It is meaningful to provide implications for real estate policies on the implementation and revitalization of maintenance projects affected by the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act.
