전주시민의 토지공개념 의식을 조사해 정착 방안을 살핀다.

Chapter Ⅰ. Introduction Since 1960s the concentration of population into the urban due to a vapidly economic development has been caused several problems to the land. the establishment of the public concept of land can be prescribed a series of solution for solving these social problems. In this viewpoint the present paper discuss consciousness of land to research the establishment of the public concept of land. Chapter Ⅱ. A theoretical approach of the public concept of land The theoretical background of the public concept of land is to be described following items ; (Ⅰ) Social background of the public concept of land.

(Ⅱ) The research of differentials between the usefulness and unusefulness of the public concept of land. (Ⅲ) The inter-relation between consciousness and the public concept of land. (Ⅳ) The public welfare as the goal and value of the public concept of land. Chapter Ⅲ. The natures of consciousness of the public concept of land. The land resources are extremely restricted against the sharp increasing demand of such real estate as land due to urbanization and industralization of the natural land. The present paper briefly summarige the natures of consciousness for possession of land by the people in the regions through the questionaire research for with how the natures view of the land.

Chapter Ⅳ. The establishment of the public concept of land. The establishment of the public concept of land is to following items ; (Ⅰ) The analysis of the problems through consciousness survey. (Ⅱ) the study on the development of appropriate level, the fixation of land system, the inter-relational security of goals and means of land policy and the conversion of consciousness as the establishment of the public concept of land. Chapter Ⅴ. Conclusion. In this study, we observe the problems and analysis the natures of consciousness of the public concept of land through the questionaire research.

Above all things, it may be of sound base of the natural economy and of prime mover of the steady economic development to establish the public concept of land.
