지적기반 행정구역경계 불일치에 대한 합리적 조정방안

지적기반 행정구역 경계의 불일치 원인을 분석하고 조정방안을 제시했다.

행정경계는 주민의 일상생활과 사회 전반에 영향을 미치는 국가적 기본제도로 우리나라는 행정구역내의 지적제도와 관련하여 행정경계선이 지적공부에 등록되어 관리되고 있다. 현행 행정경계선은 개별도면 및 법정 행정구역의 집합에서 발생하는 경계선의 중복 및 이격의 불일치 문제를 가지고 있어 이에 대한 경계조정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 행정경계에 관한 실태를 분석하고 관리적 측면에서 행정 경계를 효율적으로 등록하기 위해 경계 불일치에 대한 원인을 분석하고 지목별로 불일치 유형과 해소 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 행정경계 불일치에 대한 해소방안 제시는 각종 정책 수행에 필요한 정확한 행정경계 정보제공 및 대국민 정보화 서비스 제고에 기여 할 것으로 판단된다. the residents" daily lives that affect society as a whole nation of Korea as the primary system if the cadastral system of administrative areas and administrative boundaries with respect to the cadastral and management have been enrolled in the study. The current administrative boundaries of adnministrative districts of the individual drawings. which is in use currently, is composed of junction of individual map and that of legal administrative districts, based on land registration map and forest map, so there is an issue of discord such as duplication of administrative districts within division for junction of forest and land.

This research analyzes administrative districts within unit administrative division, and presents how to manage and register the administrative districts from management perspective and the method to provide information of administrative distri cts necessary for policy execution, accurately.
