초록
District Unit Planning Legislation came into force on July 1, 2000. This legislation would be merged in possibility of future growth for urban design legislation and detail planning legislation. Urban Planning Act started from Chosun Urban Street Planning Act in 1934 developed from many a sweeping change, District Unit Planning introduced a urban planning legislation and led the urban planning for vertical management from level management, simultaneously changed a notion of urban planning. Accordingly, District Unit Planning is necessary a development of technique applicable to easily to built-up area for rapid fixing.
