초록
광주·전남지역의 단지계획에 의한 발전방안으로, 첫째 단지계획의 범위는 지방자치시대에 알맞은 단위행정구역의 범위로 광역화한다. 단위행정구역의 광역화는 토지의 이용률을 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 둘째 분양률이 부진한 공업단지는 분양방법을 개선하여 활성화되도록 한다. 셋째 자연관광자원은 순환도로를 건설하여 관광벨트를 조성한다. 순환도로의 연륙교는 다양한 교량을 시설하는 교량백화점으로 국제적 관광상품화 한다. 넷째 농·어업은 영농 및 수산업의 현대화에 주력하고, 유통구조를 개선하여 이익이 농·어민에게 돌아갈 수 있도록 관리한다. The development method for Kwangju and Chonnam by the site planning is following : Site planning which extend metropolitan region can be improved land use ratio. The regional economy can be activated by improving the sale method of the industrial complex. The circular road for connecting tourism resource of nature which includes the bridge department store can be a good tourism item.
The profits of farmers and fishermen should be guaranteed by both the improved distribution structure and the active support for modernization of agriculture & fishery and cultivation of special crops.
