지적측량수수료의 형평성 제고를 위한 토지가격 반영방안

지적측량수수료 산정에 토지가격을 반영하는 방안을 연구했다.

From 2002 to November 2004, the study on the survey of standardized specification and improve system has been performed twice in phases. Based on this study, our government revised and announced officially the new standardized specification about cadastral surveying in 2005. However, the unbalanced problem of fee calculation caused by not a reflection of land price came out and presented necessity of complementary measures at the conference. But we have not applied and enforced the changed cadastral surveying specification at the moment. Accordingly, this study settles the unbalanced problem of fee calculation which comes from not reflecting land price on the cadastral surveying commission.

For this, it not only develops land price coefficient that makes the land price reflected but also evaluates safety about the developed land price coefficient. Furthermore, based on this, it suggests a revision or supplementation(a bill) of the standardized specification.
