초록
Because the environmental problem has multi-aspects, we can grasp the whole situation about environmental problem according to grasp the correlation in parts. Accordingly, this study show the correlation between environmental pol-lution and land use which is a center concept of human activity. The import-ance of this study is to investigate land use regulations as an instrument which copes With this pollution Today, the environmental problem is a product of human activity on land. So the result of whole environmental problem can relieve or solve according to renovation from human activity on land.
The goal of this study Is to examine the types of the existing policy instruments, to look into a land use regulations ordained by environment law for the sake of the quality of water and natural environment, and to consider problems and improvements about this, Throught this, a suggestion the improvement direction for the quality of environmenr is mlade.
