서울시 지구단위계획 유형별 주요 계획요소와 계획목표의 관계를 분석했다.

This study analyzed the key planning elements used in the public notice of a decision for each plan type(Planning management type, Preservation and regeneration type, Development and maintenance type) for 313 district unit plan in Seoul, and through this, The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the planning objectives and key planning elements. To enhance the effectiveness of the district unit plan, it is important to establish differentiated guidelines tailored to the characteristics of each area by selectively composing guidelines that are necessary to achieve the zoning objectives.

This study is expected to provide fundamental data for the construction of key planning items in future new or revised district unit planning.
