The purpose of this study is to find out the Change of Land Use Pattern of Hongju Eup-sung, where physical factors of the Eup-sung and stigma of Japanese imperialism still remains, through research on change of the lots system and ownership. In the way of dividing of time into four periods(The period of land assessment, 1925, 1933 and 1945) restoring the cadastral maps corresponding to each time and on the basis of the land register records tracing and comparing division of land, change of land classification, connection of ownership, this paper analyzed the process of urbanization of Hongju Eup-sung.
