북한지역의 흡수통합과 토지소유권의 귀속 = Reversion of absorption integration and land ownership of North Korea area

통일 이후 북한지역 토지소유권의 귀속 방안을 검토한다.

Amid the rapidly changing era, The young generation's desire for unification seems to be weak more than before but it is sure that the unification in the korea peninsula should be done which is because all of our nation need to unify. As part of an effort to carry out this project, It may have to have open mind against the possibility of unification considering the various aspects as well as prepare the reform and countermeasure relevant to the regime.

Thus, this study will show the comparison between North and South Korea's different land policy, the case as to the private possession in Germany's illegal land seizure through the case bench marking, and began to research for the land ownership in North Korea after unification. Because of the above reasons , This document aimed at not only describing the legal system both North and South korea's land policy but spelling out Germany's land possession regime before Germany's unification as well as analyzed the east-Gemany's landownership process including results through Germany's unification.

Based on the Germany's unification , This study is trying to find the solution regarding North Korea's land property which is referred to the case study. On top of which, The study will suggest the process in order to deal with the land property smoothly and considered the necessary condition to setup the leading country after unification. We can't expect when the unification become true but it is surely necessary that the various study and preparation for unification continue countlessly amid the new cold war era. When we prepare the all of things for unification ,then we can face the real unification as a realization of wish.
