This paper is focused on the problem of detached houses zones in residential development system area. This paper makes a comparative study about residential condition of the planning and dwelling stage through the actual condition of residence and practice the survey of residential environment, using the data from the questionnaire survey of the residents those who live in detached houses. The result of this study are summarized as follows: 1. It is desirable that the complete division of an exclusive residential district and the residential district that the area available mixed use should be considered form the planning stage. 2.

It is necessary that a complete management to keep the parking-plan and scenic beauty. 3. It should be considered that securing facilities for crime prevention, and also making a plan to cultural and sports facilities.
