토지적성평가제도가 도시계획 과정에 미치는 영향을 분석한다.

With the introduction of the new National Law on Land Planning and Use,, Land Suitability Analysis(L.S.A.) has become an important tool for urban planning. Although L.S.A. started in January 2003, it has been expected to affect in many fields in national and urban land use policy and many problems already have revealed in many cases. The aims of this study are to review the theoretical basis on implementing of L.S.A., to analysis the effect of L.S.A. on Urban Planning process and to suggest some ways to improve the implementation of L.S.A. and the process of Urban Planning.
