지자체별 지구단위계획 인센티브 운영 사례와 개선점을 분석했다.

This study on the use of Incentive Policies on District Unit Plan guidelines applied by 14 local governments is to verify the practical issues which were causing various problems for activating Incentive Policies in the areas of District Unit Plan as compared with government regulations. The main issues to be analyzed are the application items, application methods, application formulas. This survey will be dedicated on the improvement in case of developing a district systematically.
