지적학의 학문적 체계 정립에 관한 연구

지적학의 이론과 구성 체계를 정립하기 위한 학문적 틀을 모색한다.

한국의 지적학이론은 원영희가 그의 저서 지적학원론을 발표한 이래 점차적으로 발전하여 왔다. 그러나 그의 저서는 현재의 지적학을 대변하기에는 부족하며, 현행의 지적학은 단지 토지와 과년된 이론을 총합해둔 것 일뿐 체계적으로 독립적인 학문으로 발전한 것이라고 보기 어렵다. 이것은 지적학의 하부학문은 개별적으로 잘 발전되어 왔으나 지적의 기본학을 의미하는 독창적인 지적학의 학문으로 총화되지 뭇하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 본 논문은 지적학의 현시라고 할 수 있는 지적학 출판물들을 검토 및 붐석하여 합리적이고 체계적인 이론 개발의 틀을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 결론적으로 이 논문은 지적학의 내용과 구성에 있어 학이론적 기준, 학습 측면, 이론적 접근 측면을 분석하여 다음과 같은 편성을 제시하여 당위성을 주장하고 있다. 지적학의 학문은 기본 이론, 토지공시, 지적행정, 지적학 및 관계법규론, 지적측량학, 지적정책, 토지정보시스템, 지적사 등의 편성을 갖추어야 한다. Cadastral theories in Korea have been evolved gradually since Won Younghee published his work, which, however, can’t represent the current cadastral situation.

The cadastral science in these days seems to be integrated merely some land related theories and not to be developed an original science field systematically. It means cadastral subcategory sciences are developed well separately, but are not integrated into cadastral original science, which is a basic of cadastral science. From these reason, this study examines existing system and contents of cadastral science works which be already published, and seek reasonable and systematic cadastral theories by analyzing the existing cadastral principles and essentials, which is already published, in the view of three aspects; scientific requisite criteria, learning, teaching.

Consequently, this study suggests the reasonable structure and contents of cadastral science system. The follow sequence of presented structure of cadastral science system: Basic Theories, Land Notification, Cadastral Administration, Cadastral Law and Cadastral Related Law, Cadastral Surveying, Cadastral Policy, Land Information System, History of Cadastre.
