초록
The purpose of this study is to analyze residential zoning system for the improvement and management of the residential environment. This study is processing a comparative analysis of zoning regulation of U.S.A, Japan and Korea. The comparative elements are aspect of zoning and recent use/bulk regulations in three countries. This study also shows the design control guidelines in residential area, through laud use and building regulation of U.S.A, Japan, and Korea.
