입지이론에 근거해 충남 부동산중개업의 입지선정을 연구했다.

The essential 3 major elements of human's all economic activities are land, capital and labor. Out of them, the land is most substantial element of all. Realty brokerage business is a part of economic activities and location is very crucial and fundamental to such business. In this regard, seeking the best location in the initial phase of realty brokerage business is the foremost step for launching realty brokerage. Realty brokerage is one of commercial business, but has different characteristics from other common businesses and most sensitive to location. However, it is usual that subjective analysis has been prioritized to objective one for selecting locations.

Thus, the purpose of this study is to objectify selecting the best location in realty brokerage and thereby help select the best location in empirical and scientific manner. To meet this goal, a variety of existing theories were analyzed in regard to commercial location and power. Based on the analysis, this study analyzed whether each of theories about commercial location and power could be applied to the location of realty brokerage, and what is characteristic in the application of such theories respectively.

Next, in order to analyze current locational conditions of realty brokerage business, this study investigated current profile of realty brokerage and its locational characteristics according to major objects handled. And then, this study suggested an assessment table for selecting locations of realty agency business by means of these theoretical analyses and analysis about actual locational profile.
