지적정보 적용분야에 지적재조사사업이 미치는 영향

지적재조사사업이 지적정보 적용 분야에 미치는 영향을 분석했다.

본 연구는 지적정보 8개 적용분야에 지적재조사사업의 7개 업무내용이 미치는 영향을 전문가 설문을 통하여 분석하였다. 지적정보 적용분야의 편익과 가중치를 비교한 결과, 건축물위치정보 추가와 지적도좌표 개선 업무(토지활용부문>토지정책부문)를 제외한 나머지 업무는 토지정책부문이 토지활용부문 보다 높게 나타났다. 8개 적용분야 편익과 가중치의 평가 결과는 개발>관리>거래 순서로 개발 분야에서 지적재조사사업의 효과가 가장 크게 나타났다. This study was investigated the impacts of Korean cadastral resurvey project on the cadastral information application field. The Study was analyzed through survey with Experts. The comparison results of the benefits and weighted value on the cadastral information application field was that Land Policy categories>Land Use categories. But building location and cadastral coordinates were Land Use categories>Land Policy categories.

Also, Development> Administration> Trade in the order indicated in 8 cadastral information application field. Development field was assessed the most significant.
