The purpose of this study is to determine the elements and functions of the Cadastral System. For this purpose, literature was widely researched into. This study is structured as follows; The First Chapter introduces the study, the Second Chapter reviews the cadastral system theoretically, the Third Chapter examines the elements comprising the cadastral system, the Fourth Chapter focuses on the functions of the cadastral system and the Fifth Chapter concludes the study. The result of this study which researched into the literature to analyze the cadastral system can be summarized as follows; The cadastral system consists of nation, land, cadastral law, and cadastral administration.

But, functions of the Cadastral System are composed of function by public announcement, function of public confident. informational function, and fundamental function.
