우리나라 지적법의 역사와 제도 개선방안을 고찰했다.

1. CONTENTS(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVESThe modern cadastral system was developed in Europe and spread throughout to the world. Because of this reason, the system of Western countries was established and developed. The public notice system of cadastre connected with the historical, social, and cultural environment as well as public awareness according to customs, religion, and the possessive right of land. So the system was developed distinctively by each country. (2) RESEARCH METHODcase approach(3) RESEARCH RESULTSOur country has established under Japan's colony administrative authority with a cadastral system for the past 90 years. Therefore, there are lots of problems now.

Because the contents of cadastral system are the data for notice about the real rights of real estate, the keeping of accuracy is the basic standard for evaluating these data. However, most of the data of cadastral record does not coincide in Korea. It doesn't give the satisfaction for social needs to the people.
