都心 商業地域의 活性化를 위한 블럭내부공간의 適用利用方法에 관한 硏究 : 全州市 都心部를 중심으로

전주시 도심 상업지역 블록 내부공간의 활용 방안을 제시했다.

In our country, because urban and Downtown have been had quantitative development, urban qualitative level has decreased and downtown has been made worse the problem of lostspace. The purpose of this study is to propose utilization plan of block's inner space in the downtown commercial center. The process of this study are following: 1. The meaning of block's inner space have examined in the theses connected with this study. 2. Analysis factor of the blocks is abstracted in the Detailed Plan 3. Analysis in relation of block, site and building in the downtown commercial center in Jeon-ju. 4. The model of the Blocks is provided in the result of analysis 5.

This study fractionate the model of the Blocks by developed and developing, and suggest the use program of block's inner space classified by model. 6. The development plan of models is formulated in the MXD(Mixed-Use Development) and the PPP(Public-Private Partership) Extent of this study are following: 1. Spatial extent is the downtown commercial center in Jeon-ju. 2. Temporal extent is based on the time of completion, the major time is 1962-1994. 3. The unit of analysis extent is block and individual piece of land.

It is limited by physical peculiarities that the elemental present of block, the model of block's inner space, the appropriate use program for each model, and relation program for each blcok, etc.
