국내외 지목체계 운영 실태 연구

국내외 지목체계를 비교해 한국의 합리적인 지목체계 개선 방향을 제시했다.

In this study, we investigated exertion for rationalization of the land category systems of many countries in the world. And we derive implication from the result above for the most suitable new land category system in Korea. Firstly, an introduction of the new land category system should be promoted upon long-term basis with government-wide effort. Second the new system must include both the old system and needs of local governments. Finally, We are not to neglect the study of comparability and international standardization. because the need for international cooperation in land use and land cover increase. 본 연구는 외국의 지목체계를 조사하고 평가해 우리나라 지목 운영에 필요한 시사점을 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구는 ‘새로운 지목체계 도입은 범부처적인 노력과 함께 장기적으로 추진되어야 하며, 과거의 노력과 지방정부의 수요를 포용할 수 있도록 해야 하고, 더불어 지목의 효율적 관리를 위해 계층적 지목체계가 필요하나 토지피복과 토지이용을 분리해 세분화할 필요가 있다’는 시사점을 도출했다.
