생활이동 빅데이터로 서울의 도시공간구조를 계획과 비교 분석한다.
초록
The city’s master plan outlines the fundamental spatial structure and development direction of the city. However, various issues and criticisms have been raised regarding the estimation of future population and the establishment of an urban spatial structure. Despite this, there has been a lack of empirical studies on the impact of the future spatial structure in the master plan on the actual spatial structure. This study aims to compare the urban spatial structure outlined in the 2030 Seoul Master Plan with the actual urban spatial structure derived from mobile phone location-based Origin-Destination data. The analysis results are as follows.
First, in the urban spatial structure proposed in the 2030 Seoul Master Plan, the central business district and major centers were found to play a central role, showing higher eigenvector centrality, jobs-to-housing ratio, and Location Quotient index compared to other areas. Second, areas such as Wangsimni, Cheongnyangni, Mangwoo, and Mok-dong, classified as sub-centers in the 2030 Seoul Master Plan, were not identified as sub-centers. On the other hand, areas such as Seogyo, Banpo, and Seocho, which were not designated as sub-centers in the master plan, emerged as new centers.
Lastly, the analysis of factors influencing the formation of urban centers revealed that urban redevelopment projects played a significant role. This study is expected to provide policy implications for realizing the urban spatial structure of the city master plan to guide the future spatial structure of cities.
