단지개발사업의 교통영향평가 실태와 개선방안을 분석했다.

The site development has been always performed at a large scale and size of it, so that has resulted much traffic demand. The System of Transportation Impact Statement is able to minimize the predicted traffic impacts on the site undertaken ahead- both inside and outside of it. The major aim of this study is to analyze the existence of the System of Transportation Impact Statement on a site development and to find out an possible problem, ultimately to provide guidance to the political suggestion of possible improvements. This study shows that the System of Transportation Impact Statement has the positive effects on the public interests.

The deduce problem through this study improved gradually, the system of transportation impact statement will enable exterior diseconomy to minimize, and also be expected to play a role as tools of desirable land use control. In the future especially the statement should be fully discussed standing at wide areial traffic flow and traffic demand management in the outside of development site, also at pedestrian and life environmental improvements in the inside of it.
