부동산 시장환경 변화에 따른 중개업의 대응과 발전방안을 연구했다.

The real estate market has made many changes due to changes in the environment in the times and the opening of its overseas markets. Accordingly, the real estate brokerage business in Korea has failed to respond to social and economic changes and failed to meet the needs of an increasing number of real estate consumers. The study looked at the causes of changes in the environment to accommodate changes in the real estate market, trends in the real estate market, problems in brokerage businesses and advanced real estate brokerage systems.

Realtors business is in urgent need of global competitiveness, as various real estate financing techniques were adopted due to the foreign players ` advance into Korea following the opening of the real estate market recently. Our brokerage business is very poor compared to that of foreign brokers. For the development of our brokerage business, consistent with the introduction of foreign brokerage systems to meet the changing circumstances at home and abroad and the advancement of the industry itself, and the long-term policies of the government are needed.

Better brokerage systems would make brokerage firms even further advanced, enabling brokers to have a sense of duty and pride as experts and protect consumers ` interests. It is expected that the real estate market will change more rapidly in the future. In the face of changes and trends in the times, brokers need to strengthen the level of work capacity to enable comprehensive consulting of investment analysis and valuation of real estate rather than simply introduce operations.
