해외의 지구단위계획 유사 제도와 모니터링 사례를 조사했다.

The purpose of this study is to examine similar overseas systems and analyze monitoring cases of such systems for the effective implementation of district unit plans. The operation method, information provision, and monitoring status of detailed global plans in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Japan, which operate similar systems, were examined, and implications for the method of monitoring the district unit plan in Korea were drawn by analyzing the similarities and differences from the district unit plan.
