부동산 등기의 공신력 강화를 위한 제도적 보완책을 검토했다.

Korea is seeking a safety with many real estate transaction incident has occurred as society grows and development. In addition, when the right of real estate is established, real estate transaction accident requires much attention because of the absolute power and the right to preferential payment. So, the law act makes it possible for the change of real property rights to take effect when registered, which is regulated in articles 186 of the civil act. However, korea has a problem with the safety of serious transactions because denies on public confidence of real estate registration of the trusts property registration and acquires property rights.

Moreover, there is a strong demand for public confidence in real estate due to various counterfeiting and fraud. However, real estate public confidence is not acknowledged as an incomplete in the system and many accidents of real estate transactions are occurring. Accordingly, this study reviewed for the true owner and safety of transactions, on the cause the deny public confidence. Therefore, in this study is that by studying on the public confidence of real estate registration for the safety of transaction incidents, taken all legal stability and the protection of the parties from various real estate transaction accidents.
