부동산 물권변동에서 등기청구권의 의미와 구조를 분석했다.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the provisional registration system in Korea. Provisional registration is exclusively within the Real Estate Registration Law, but the contemporary Korean Real Estate Registration Law provides only two substantial provisions as for the provisional registration. As a matter of fact, these provisions of the provisional registration system had been so defectively and inadequately regulated that a great many controversies and conflicts of which several problems still remain unsolved. Consequently, there have been growing demands for the reconsideration of the legal structures and procedures, and for the revision of the controversial provision.

This research is concerned with the analysis of the legal problems raised in the Provisional registration system practiced in Korea, and the study consists of: Introduction, Elements and Procedures for the Provisional Registration: Effect of Provisional Registration: The Original Registration Procedures for the Provisional Registration: Provisional Registration for the Mortgage: and Conclusion.
