都市計劃 用度地區 指定 및 都市設計에 관한 硏究 : 新都市에 있어서 地域施設의 供給計劃에 관하여 On the Supply Plan of Regional Facilities in New Town

도시계획 용도지구 지정과 신도시 지역시설 공급계획을 연구했다.

This study aims to investigate actual conditions of the supply of community facilities of cities in Korea and Japan, by surveying the number of facilities per unit population, and to obtain the fundamental data for regional planning in Korea through comparative analyses. Followings are the results of this investigation : 1) High correlations are found between the population and the number of facilities. 2) The original unit of facilities are classified into four types according to the size of the population and the population density.

3) In general the original unit of facilities and the population per unit facilities hold higher level in Japan than in Korea, but some kinds of facilities stand approximately the same level in both countries.
