미국 개발영향부담금이 주택공급과 가격에 미치는 장기 효과를 분석했다.

Infrastructure linkage system has caused hot issues on housing supply and price. Previous studies insisted that infrastructure linkage system would virtually decrease housing supply and, accordingly, increase housing price. Based on Pennsylvania cases in the U.S.A., however, this research shows that infrastructure linkage system in the U.S.A. increases housing supply and stabilizes housing price significantly in long term. Such a result strongly implies that infrastructure linkage system can produce more amenity effects than scarcity effects. This paper also draws some implications of the research on Korean situation.
