바닷가 토지의 용도 분류에 관한 연구

바닷가 토지의 실제 이용을 조사해 용도 분류체계를 제안했다.

바닷가는 바다와 육지의 사이공간으로 토지의 보전 및 이용의 가치가 매우 중요한 반면 그 용도의 조사 및 공적 등록·관리는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 바닷가 토지의 실제 용도를 조사 및 분류하여 체계적인 토지용도체계를 정립하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 바닷가 토지의 실제 이용도로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사 및 현장조사를 통하여 1차 및 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 바닷가 토지용도의 개념적 접근은 바닷가 토지용도의 의의, 토지용도분류의 접근, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 바닷가 토지용도분류의 실제 및 한계는 특성 및 가치에 의한 분류, 형성원인에 의한 분류, 토지의 용도에 의한 분류, 바닷가 토지용도분류의 한계 차원에서 이루어졌다. 셋째, 바닷가의 바람직한 토지용도체계의 모색은 바닷가 토지용도체계의 방향성과 바람직한 바닷가 토지용도체계정립 차원에서 검토하였다. The sea shore is a space that located in between the sea and land has a lot of value of use preservation.

However the survey of the land use and public registration and management has not been addressed appropriately. The purpose of this research is that to set a systematic land use system in the sea shore area through surveying the actual land use. In order to carry out the research objectives, the research scope limited to the actual land use at sea shore area. The literature review and field study have been applied to collect the first and second data and the descriptive and systematic approach has been applied. The research results have been to draw a conclusion from the following context and point of view.

First, the conceptual approach to land use in sea shore has been reviewed on the meaning of land use in sea shore, prior research and the research framework. Second, the actual status and the limitation has been approached to the classification by the characteristic and value, the reason of formation, the land use and the limitation of land use classification. Third, the designing of desirable land use system in the sea shore has been reviewed in the direction of land category system in the sea shore.
