The purpose of this study is to slove the problems of pomun tourist complex policy. The result of this study is to suggest alternatives and strategies about pomun tourist complex policy. Frist, tourism development policy enviroments -such as improvement in quality of lift about regional residents, quality of experience of tourist - are actively produced in order to attain the purpose of pumun tourist complex policy. Pomun tourist complex policy should harmonize with publicprivate partnership approach based on bottom-up development approach centering around regional characteristics. Conquently, environment oriented, sustatinable tourism development should be achieved.

To produce tourism investment condition, the local autonomy itself should secure financial resources for tourism investment. Second, to satisfy tourist, pomun tourist complex policy should be demand oriented development which is base on cultural tourism resources, eco-tourism resources, special tourism products development through the analysis of national tourism. In the level of development of tourism facilities, active tourism facilities, family unit facilities, social tourism facilities whith ensures space for resident's leisure time , and takes satisfaction of tourist into consideration, should be deyeloped.
