대규모 택지개발사업에 따른 도시공간구조 변화를 분석했다.

Residential Development Project based on Residential Development Expedite Law has merits and demerits ; it could decentralize the urban population and settle the housing problems whereas it could arouse both the lack of infrastructure and the break-down of the established urban space structure. This study, with the above back ground, aims to : 1) Examine the process of urban space structure change concerning the Residential Development Project. 2) Re-understand the characteristic of the urban space structure change, and have the Residential Development Project suitable to the urban space structure. The summary of the study is as followed. 1) Each city has deviations upon population.

And the urban space structure change has been caused by the Residential Development Project. 2) In Su-won, the existing commercial area is expanded into the Residential Development Project site, which is led by the centralization of the population and the residence. 3) Yong-in City fails to connect the residential development area with the urbanization area of the established city. In conclusion, the change of the urban space structure is caused by Residential Development Project with its variations.

The study suggests that the problems of Residential Development Project emerge when the project has no consideration of the existing space structure, and the new Growth Axis is newly formed different from the established one. Therefore, the development plan harmonized with the established urban space structure can from the better urban space structure.
