The purpose of this study is to be a help in successful fixation of our country's Real Estate Investment Trusts(REITs), which is a head of operation. We tried to find a scheme to import successfully it suitable for our country's conditions by means of surveying generally our country's the present conditions and problems of Real Estate Finance together with examples of developed countries enforce it.
