지구단위계획에서 건축색채 적용을 위한 유형화 방안을 연구했다.

Exterior architectural color is depend on place as well as the connection to the veins of the surrounding in the city. If not along to with environmentally could not find the good harmonize of the city it will deteriorated.<br/> The purpose of this study is to determine in architectural detail of all planning consider in regional ecology as well as district unit plan of the town-side streetscape. For the introduce of the architecture color, to make out housing type, tenure type, mobility behavior and using basic date of the color planning of district unit plan of the town.

As follow is the result of this study that architectural color in district unit plan of the town according to building type.<br/> First, classified location of the architectural color, that downtown, mountain, coastal area types according to environmental condition due to environmental conditions effects apply to architectural color planning.<br/> Second, classification of in this study, that the pattern and form of road, the size of site, downtown commercial building, old town, planned housing area, mixed farmland town type according to arrangement.<br/> Third, architectural color combination factor is different with the point of view, therefore classified by distant that a near view, a mid distant view, a distant view.<br/> District Unit Plan of the Town is not only regulation for the single unit of building.

It's a kind of regulation for the urban planning considered environmental harmony as well as development of beauty.
