지적측량 검사제도의 문제점과 개선방안을 연구했다.

This study intend to review the actual condition and problems of the existing cadastral surveying examine system and then to make an analysis the problem factors. And then after reflecting the clerk's opinion in charge of cadastral surveying, we suggested improvement plan divided into a short & long-range plan. The study runs as follows; We formulated a questionnaire and handed out into two groups. The questionnaire was intended to receive the real answer; whether the examine system should be improved or not and (if necessary) how the system would be. Everybody commonly realized that present examine system should be improved.

But the ways of improvement are different; namely, cadastral surveying engineers prefer to inspection under the self-auspice or supervision system while officials want to maintain a existing system or to partly accept a supervision system. As showed at the questionnaire, there were various answers between cadastral surveying engineers and officials for improvement plan of examine system. Therefore, in the short term, we need to reinforce the present examine system in due consideration of domestic cadastral environment. And for the mid-long run, the examine system should be gradually mingled and finally introduced a independent supervision organization.
