초록
영문초록:In the recent, various information systems have been adopted in public sectors, and a great budget also has been executed in construction information systems . But, the quantitative analysis on the propriety or the effectiveness of that kind of investments is not sufficient in Korea. In this study, a cost benefit analysis on the parcel based land information system of the Okcheon Gun is performed. And the result and the methodology of the analysis are suggested.
The main objects of this study are as followed,- Suggestion of the methodology about the quantitative analysis on the information system.- Suggestion of the result of the cost benefit analysis on the parcel based land information system, such as B/C ratio, NPV, IRR.- Suggestion of the result of the sensitive analysis for the result of the cost benefit analysis on the parcel based land information system.- Decision of the durable years, or the analysis period of the information system.- Decision of the discount ratio for the cost benefit analysis of the information system
