지적공부를 기초한 부동산공부의 통합화 방안

지적공부를 바탕으로 부동산공부 통합 방안을 제시했다.

21세기 정보화 사회로 급속히 변화되면서 부동산에 관련한 다양한 정보를 요구하는 사용자가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 근대적 부동산 제도가 창설되면서 토지와 그 정착물이라 할 수 있는 부동산 공시제도 및 관련 공부, 조직의 다원화로 인하여 부동산 공부의 공신력을 저하시키고 있어 부동산 공부간 등록사항의 불일치 문제, 부동산 공부의 확인 및 발급을 위한 시간적·경제적 비용 등의 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 토지표시사항을 등록하는 지적공부를 기초로 하여 부동산 관련 공부를 통합화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 지적공부 및 부동산 공부에 대한 이론적 고찰과 관련 현황 등을 조사하여 이를 토대로 제도적, 법률적, 기술적 측면에서 장·단기적인 부동산 공부의 통합화 방안을 제시하였다. As 21st century is rapidly changing into a information-oriented society, the number of users who demand wide range of information related to the real estate is increasing rapidly.

As modern real estate system established, official notice system of real estate and related real estate record and diversified organization lead to deterioration in public confidence regarding real estate record. Also, These things created problems such as discordance of recordings and economical cost for confirmation and issuance of real estate record. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest way to integrate real estate-related record based on cadastral record which records land labeling requirements.

To achieve this, a way to integrate short and long-term real estate record books was suggested in institutional, legal, and descriptive aspects through theoretical research on cadastral and real estate record.
