1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In order to identify the factors determining the success of public-private partnership project financing by survey to the experts. Analysis on the importance of those factors to identify the core factors that affect the performance of public-private partnership project financing. (2) RESEARCH METHOD A survey was conducted to the employees in charge of the public-private partnership project financing through the AHP empirical analysis. The analysis tool for the research was the team version 11.0 of Expert Choice 2000(EC2000) program and Microsoft Excel in order to synthesize the results of the survey.

(3)RESEARCH FINDINGS In the existing studies, the topic are mostly the ways of improvement for the legal and systematic problems or the measures to activate the public-private partnership project financing. However, this study is differentiated from the other in a sense that it concerns an empirical analysis on the determining factors of the public-private partnership project financing using the AHP statistical method. 2. RESULTS The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, the business environment such as the change in the real estate policies was an important factor for the success and performance of the public-private partnership project financing.

Second, in order do effectively carry out the public-private partnership project financing, the public and the private sectors should clarify their roles. Also, the CEO and responsible employees should be highly interested as well. Third, in the settlement management, the disposal by Reits Fund(Real estate finance) was the most preferred method. This shows that disposal by Reits Fund was the most preferred among the types of SPC settlement.
