산업구조의 변화를 고려한 지식산업센터 건축계획에 관한 연구

산업구조 변화에 대응한 지식산업센터 건축계획을 연구했다.

1765년 영국 “제임스 와트”의 증기기관이 발명되면서 시작된 1차 산업혁명으로 기존 수작업 공장에서 증기기관을 기반으로 한 기계화 공장으로 전환되어 대량생산이 가능하게 되는 새로운 공업발전의 시대를 열게 되었고 현재 인공지능, 빅데이터가 중요한 4차 산업혁명까지 발전하면서 교통과 통신이 발달하여 공간적 제약이 감소하였고 토지나 자본보다 지식과 정보가 더욱 중요한 지식 기반의 산업구조로 변화하게 되었다. 국내에서도 농업산업 중심인 60년대에서 공업산업으로 정부주도의 경제발전을 하면서 수도권에 인구와 산업이 집중되어 무분별한 개발과 환경오염으로 인해 82년 ‘수도권정비계획법’이 제정되었고 공장설립이 제한됨에 따라 부족한 입지를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 좁은 대지 안에 공장들을 집합시킨 형태인 ‘아파트형 공장’이 주목받게 되었다. 초기에는 제조업 중심의 소규모 공장들을 집합시킨 것에 불과했지만 정보통신 및 지식산업으로 산업구조가 변하면서 I.T 정보통신업체들이 입주하게 되었고 2010년 아파트형 공장에서 ‘지식산업센터’로 명칭이 변경되었다. 본 연구는 산업구조 변화와 발전과정에 따라 산업방향에 대해 고찰하고 지식산업센터의 시대별 공간구성을 조사분석하여 앞으로의 지식산업센터의 건축계획의 방향을 연구하고자 한다.

제1장 서론은 연구의 배경과 목적에서 국내 산업구조 현황파악을 통해 산업시설의 수요에 대해 파악하고 지식산업센터의 년도별 증가율과 지역별 분포율를 파악하여 지식산업센터의 필요성을 인지시키고 연구의 범위와 방법을 작성한다. 제2장 이론적 고찰에서는 지식산업센터의 국내경제개발 초기부터의 시대별 사회적 배경과 공간구성의 변화를 연구하고 산업구조의 변화를 고찰하여 4차산업시대에 맞는 지식산업센터 건축계획의 방향을 고찰하도록 한다. 제3장 사례조사 및 분석은 제2장 이론적고찰의 내용을 기반으로 범위와 방법의 기준을 정하여 사례조사를 실시하고 추구하고자 하는 연구 방향의 타당성을 뒷받침하는 근거자료로 활용한다. 제4장 건축계획에서는 제1장, 제2장, 제3장의 내용을 종합하면 산업구조의 변화에 따라 지식산업센터도 공간구성과 내용이 시대에 맞는 변화를 보여주었다. 앞으로의 새로운 산업시대에 맞는 건축계획의 방향을 제시하는 “산업구조의 변화를 고려한 지식산업센터의 건축계획”을 연구하고자 한다. In Korea, in the 1960s, which was the center of the agricultural industry, the government-led economic development as an industrial industry concentrated the population and industries in the metropolitan area, resulting in indiscriminate development and environmental pollution. In order to efficiently use the insufficient location, the'apartment-type factory', which is a form in which factories are assembled in a narrow site, has attracted attention.

Initially, it was only a collection of small factories centered on the manufacturing industry, but as the industrial structure changed to the information and communication and knowledge industries, I.T information and communication companies began to move in. This study examines the industrial direction according to the changes in the industrial structure and development process, researches and analyzes the spatial composition of the knowledge industry center by period to study the future direction of the construction plan of the knowledge industry center.

In the background and purpose of the study, the introduction of Chapter 1 identifies the demand for industrial facilities through the understanding of the current state of the domestic industrial structure, and the annual growth rate of the knowledge industry center and the distribution rate by region to recognize the necessity of the knowledge industry center.
