전면적 지적재조사사업 추진에 관한 연구

지적재조사사업의 문제점을 분석하고 추진 방안을 제시했다.

본 연구의 목적은 지적재조사사업의 문제점을 파악하고, 효율적인 지적재조사사업의 추진 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 각종 통계와 문헌을 조사하고 분석하는 문헌조사법을 활용하였다. 분석결과 문제점은 사업주체의 문제, 동의서 징구의 어려움, 토지 소유자에 대한 인센티브 부재, 종합적 관리 부재였다. 이에 지적재조사사업 주체의 전환, 동의서 징구의 문제 보완, 토지소유자 인센티브 부여, 지적불부합지 전면 조사 및 사업 대상지구 관리 등 개선을 통해 전면적 지적재조사사업 추진방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the cadastral resurvey project and to propose an effective cadastral resurvey project. As a research method, a literature search method was used to investigate and analyze various statistics and documents.

The results of the analysis showed that the main subjects of cadastral resurvey project, the difficulty of collecting consent, the lack of incentives for landowners, and the lack of comprehensive management. In conclusion, landowners applied for cadastral surveys directly, the landlord-led cadastral resurvey project of the landowner promoting the cadastral resurvey project was suggested as an improvement. It was suggested that the change of cadastral resurvey project, supplementation of consent clause, land owner incentive, the cadastral survey of all parcel, and cadastral resurvey district management cadastral survey project.
